How long do projects typically take?
Project timeframes depend on the type of project. Contact us with details about your project for a full timeline. Generally, you can expect a 1-2 business day turnaround on most projects with the exception of logos (typically 1 week), larger buyer's and seller's guides (up to 1 week), template-based websites (up to 1 week), and fully custom website projects (around 1 month).

What services do you provide?

How do I pay for my project?
We accept payment via credit and debit card, or by e-transfer. We'll provide you with a secure payment link so you can pay online. Once payment is received, we'll get to work on your project!

What's included in your standard advertising package?
Our standard advertising package includes 1 month of ad creation, management, and optimization services for up to 3 different ad topics. Visit our advertising details page or email us at hello@listella.co for more details.

How much should I spend on my ads?
When budgeting for your ads, it's important to note that our service fee is a flat rate that is separate from your monthly ad spend. Your ad spend is the amount you are prepared to spend to promote the ads and have them displayed on Facebook and Instagram. Meta will bill your card directly for your ad spend. We recommend starting in the $15-30/day range although what you spend is completely up to you!
