InquireA staple for every Realtor®, our marketing services brochure is the perfect piece to bring with you to a listing presentation. Each marketing services brochure provides a detailed list of the services you offer as a listing agent with a unique description and custom image mock up showcasing your brand. For example, if you offer open house events, we provide a mock up of an open house sign with your branding.
This brochure typically fits 8 service descriptions and mock ups. We’ll include descriptions for professional photography, videography, open houses, social media marketing, digital and website marketing, email marketing, and print marketing, unless a special request is made by the client.
Please provide your bio for an “about you” section, or provide bullet points and we can write a bio for you.

What’s Included
This product includes the initial design and 20 minutes of design revisions. We will show your design layout for approval before proceeding with mock-ups and text integration.
Product Size and Formatting
Standard-size marketing brochures when folded measure 8.5 inches wide x 11 inches tall (17 x 11 inches unfolded). If you have a different sizing request, please let us know in the special request section. Your marketing brochure file will be presented as 2 PDF sheets, the first sheet is the outer cover pages with the right side being the front cover and the left side being the back cover, and it will be folded in the middle. The second sheet makes up the inner pages which will be displayed as is with a fold in the middle.
File Formatting
You will receive your file in the following formats unless otherwise requested:
- InDesign Packaged design file
- PDF File (No Bleed)
- PDF File (With 0.125” Bleed and Crop Marks)
As each piece is custom designed, orders are non-refundable.
